Sam Simon

Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
He handles new businesses and helps set-up outsourcing operations for businesses in the UK
Has worked in the UK in the Music, Advertising, Graphic design and Direct marketing industries as finance director
Had previously worked in Saudi Arabia as Vice president (Finance) and carried out a 3 year assignment in Zambia
He has assisted several businesses with securing funding, business advice, strategic planning, 5 year plans, budgets and cash flows
He has good experience of GAAP & SORP 2005. He has also successfully managed several assignments and helped carry out final audit and sign-off

Ganesh Ranganathan

Heads our worldwide business from our head office in Pennsylvania, USA. He is the main reason behind our work ethics, strong quality awareness and transparent culture in Integra
His role includes devising our strategies, planning and future direction of the company
Prior to co-founding Integra, had 15+ years of experience in many Fortune 500 companies in various capacities across finance, operations, marketing and management
He has a Master's in accounting, from Florida
His interests include technology innovations, current affairs besides his tennis. He is married and has a 10 year old son

Ram Prakash

Heads our finance and human resources activity from our global delivery centre at Coimbatore, India
Has more than ten years experience in outsourcing, human resources and management
His interpersonal skill is the primary reason why we have one of the highest employee retention ratio in the outsourcing industry
He has a Bachelor's in Accounting and Company Law and an MBA with a focus in managerial accounting
He lives in Coimbatore, married and has two little ones. His main interests outside Integra include business ventures, movies and Indian politics

Aravind Kumar

Manages our operations from our global delivery centre at Coimbatore, India
He is the brain behind our IT strategies, infrastructure and process
