These are the three most common methods that our accountant clients use. Choose the one that suits you best.

Software at our office

Software, systems, documents are managed at our office in India. Reports and backups are sent to you on a daily basis or as required by you.

Remote access

You give us necessary access and we will remotely connect (by secure methods) to your system to do the tasks. Source documents, software and the reports stay at your own office.

Online software

Accounting software is hosted on an online server. Source documents are shared online and our staff will login from India and access the software. The accounting reports, back up and the rest stays online.

Outsourcing process – Which option to choose?

Remote access, offshore process, and online software are the three accounting outsourcing process options available for you. All three of them are easy to implement and we have extensive experience on all three options. We can not really recommend one as individual circumstances vary for each company.

If you are very particular about having in-house accounting software, then remote access is the best accounting outsourcing process for you. This suits you, if you already use a legacy accounting software and you want the data to be just stored in your server at your place. This also works better if you have an in-house IT team. If not, then you can go for offshore process or online software for central access.

The second accounting outsourcing process option is for your site and ours to maintain a version of the same accounting software. We will do the work everyday and update your site with the back-ups. This helps get better production from the staff, as they can do lot more work with the software residing at the local machines.

You may have to consider the advancement of technology in the areas of Software as service (Saas) and cloud computing. With these new technology and faster broadband speeds, online accounting software is a real accounting outsourcing process option. This also reduces your headaches of updating the accounting software and its maintenance costs as everything is managed by the accounting software vendor. You just have to pay a monthly fees and rest is completely taken care of the service provider.

If you choose the option of online software as the accounting outsourcing process option then both you and our offshore team will have separate access for the software and we can work independently.
