“My biggest fear was establishing good communication”

Accounting rates – Outsourcing Vs In-house

Accounting rates is one of the major reasons why companies prefer accounting outsourcing. But how much is the difference? What are the rates and what is the price range offered by different accounting outsourcing providers?

Accounting outsourcing is offered by local companies in UK and also providers from India, South Africa and China. Local providers from UK will not bring in typically it costs a little more than having them in-house. Bookkeeping rates start from about £20/hr and typically it is about £25/Hr.The accounting rates for chartered accountants start from £50/Hr to £250/Hr.

The accounting rates for India based providers start from about £5/hr for bookkeepers and it goes up to £20/Hr for chartered accountants. South Africa is little bit higher and there is not enough data for china based accounting outsourcing providers.
