Outsourced accountancy could bring in visible benefits like cost reduction and process improvement, but there is a good possibility of something going wrong if not implemented properly. Let us look at one major problem of outsourced accountancy.

The single biggest issue that can happen in any outsourcing relationship is the lack of proper communication. This can happen if there are no proper communication channels between both companies. When an outsourcing relationship is established there should be a clear and easy way of communication between the concerned people in either company. This will work better, if the concerned people know each other in person.
